Technical requirements for high and low voltage distribution boxes

Products of high and low voltage distribution box manufacturers Schneider, ABB, and Muller can be used for main switches and isolation in distribution boxes, and electromagnetic products are used for leakage switches in household distribution boxes. The wiring space is large, and the neutral wire and grounding terminals are separated. Samples must be submitted to Party A and the supervisor engineer for approval before production. All power boxes are made of cold-rolled electrolytic plates. Before surface treatment, Party A and the supervisor should go to the site for inspection before proceeding.
The main switch and sub-switches of the distribution box should be connected with copper bars (without bare wires) and meet the standard acceptance requirements. Copper wires cannot be used for connection. The cross-sectional area of the main switch should not be less than the cross-sectional area of the main switch; the ring should be marked and fixed with a plastic rod.
Selection of electrical components in the box: Strictly select according to the contract and the drawings provided by us. If there are any changes, we will notify you separately. Auxiliary components not specified on the drawings should be selected with the production license. Qualified products of the manufacturer. All components on the product should be guaranteed to meet the performance requirements of the product. The manufacturer should provide the certificate of origin of the components, the qualifications of the supplier, the specifications, models, breaking capacity of the circuit breaker, and the certification documents of the leakage circuit breaker. The components in the box should be installed tightly, the coating should not slip or be damaged, and there should be anti-loosening measures, and the fasteners should be complete.
Electrical interlocking requirements: The dual power distribution cabinets and distribution boxes of this project require electrical interlocking. The electrical connection must be sensitive and reliable. Some circuit breakers use parallel tripping, and the corresponding wiring should be connected to the terminals.
Distribution box protection requirements: The distribution box is required to operate under level 3 pollution conditions, that is, the protection level of the distribution box and the cabinet reaches IP3X. All steel plates and profiles used in the cabinet must be degreased, rust-free and phosphated before spraying. Other metal parts should have corrosion resistance, otherwise anti-corrosion measures must be taken. All insulating materials used in the distribution cabinet must be self-extinguishing.
