Product Overview
LTMX air-insulated bus duct is based on air-type bus duct and is improved and processed. The bus conductor is made of electrolytic copper containing more than 99.99% copper. After high-quality processing, the surface is wrapped with polyester insulation film, and then shrunk with PVC heat shrink tubing, so that the insulation performance of the copper busbar is significantly enhanced. Flame-retardant insulation blocks are used between phases and shells, and then assembled in a closed metal shell with good grounding, and the electrical and mechanical properties are very stable. The shell is processed and formed by high-quality cold-rolled plates and high-quality aluminum profiles. After surface treatment, it is electrostatically sprayed, and the anti-corrosion performance is greatly improved.
The plug interface can be set at any position of the busbar, which is fast to install, convenient to tap, and safe to use. In addition, the shell can also be made of high-quality aluminum alloy pultrusion once, the surface is oxidized, with a streamlined appearance, light weight, high mechanical strength, good heat dissipation performance, and strong dynamic thermal stability. The protection level can reach IP54, which can meet the needs of outdoor installation and rain-watered places. At the same time, the aluminum shell has excellent grounding continuity and low reactance as a whole, and can be used as a grounding wire.
